Real estate brokerage gives back to the local community through annual Anthem LemonAid fundraising event
Richmond, Va., July 27, 2026 – Long & Foster Real Estate’s Strawberry Street office continued its tradition of giving back to the local community by hosting a lemonade stand on Saturday, July 25, to raise funds for Children’s Hospital through the annual Anthem LemonAid fundraising event.
The Strawberry Street office has hosted the event in front of its building in previous years. This year, Carol and Frank McCracken of the McCracken Team volunteered to host and operate the lemonade stand, spending the day outside the office welcoming passers-by and collecting donations. Their efforts raised more than $300 through contributions from community members and online supporters.
The annual LemonAid fundraiser provides an opportunity for individuals, businesses and community organizations to come together to support Children’s Hospital and help make a difference in the lives of children and families in the community.
