He is a degreed Historic Preservationist and Architectural Historian with a lifelong passion for real estate, design, history, architecture, and all things having to do with Richmond. He specializes in historic home sales and Richmond city living.

Craft assists his investor clients with his expertise in foreclosures, short and REO Sales and is well-versed in the requirements of purchasing from banks, Housing & Urban Development, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Sean has helped many of his buyers utilize the Federal Housing Administration’s 203k renovation loan program to pay for repairs, upgrades, and renovations. Craft is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and has lived in Richmond for 30 years, with time spent in Boston, Houston, Washington, D.C., and Manhattan.
