Ryan McCollum, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Blacksburg office, has been re-elected by the New River Valley Association of Realtors (NRVAR) to serve on its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for providing guidance and advice for the local association. McCollum will serve on the Board for a two-year term.

“I am excited for the opportunity to continue working for the best interest of all the agents and members of the New River Valley Association of Realtors. I am looking forward to continuing to promote positivity and collaboration amongst my fellow agents and anyone else involved with the association,” McCollum said.

A Realtor since 2016, McCollum has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Blacksburg office since he began his career. He previously served on the NRVAR Board of Directors from 2022-2023.

McCollum has been an active member of the NRVAR for seven years. He has also previously served as a member of the Education Committee for the association.

McCollum resides in Christiansburg with his wife Gabby and dog Jasmine. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a business management degree. He is an avid Virginia Tech sports fan and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
