Long & Foster’s Real Estate Inc.’s Philadelphia offices in Center City and South Philly had a terrific month in sales during January, according to Bob Albanese, senior regional vice president of Long & Foster’s Philadelphia Region.

“Our Philadelphia offices’ January sales volume was up 80 percent and sales units were up 71 percent versus last January,” Albanese said.

Manager Camilo Concepcion said, “In addition, our average sale price increased 5 percent versus last January. Today’s market presents historic homeownership opportunities. Our sales professionals recognize this and work hard to help local buyers and sellers reach their goals.”
