Long & Foster’s Philadelphia offices in Center City and South Philly reported outstanding sales figures for the month of March, according to Bob Albanese, senior regional vice president of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Philadelphia region.

“Our Philly offices’ March sales volume was up over last March and sales units were up a whopping 91 percent versus last March,” Albanese said. “Year to date, the offices’ sales volume is up 6 percent and their sales units are up 69 percent over last year.”

Manager Camilo Concepcion said, “The inclement weather we had during winter hindered many people from getting out and looking at homes, so right now there is a lot of pent-up demand, which is a good thing.
