The Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association (HRRA) Circle of Excellence Award (COE) is a premier annual honor recognizing top-producing real estate agents, teams, and property managers in the Hampton Roads area for their exceptional production, professional expertise, and customer service. Based on the previous year’s sales volume (GCI) or units, recipients are honored at a gala, with awards ranging from Bronze to Diamond levels.  

For the Silver level, it requires high-volume production, defined as either a specific Gross Commission Income (GCI) or a minimum number of units closed. For individual agents, the 2025 criteria generally requires $139,500+ in GCI or 33+ units.
