Leading real estate team earns highest level membership on coveted Gold Team
The Mottola Group of Long & Foster Real Estate was recently named to the Diamond Club, the top-tier status of Long & Foster’s coveted Gold Team. This was the first year the Diamond Club status was awarded. The Mottola Group, along with 11 other Long & Foster teams, earned the position by closing more than $100 million in sales in 2018.
A production-based club, Long & Foster’s Gold Team is divided into five levels based on annual production volume. The Diamond Club is reserved for those agents selling more than $100 million annually.
“At Long & Foster, we recognize that becoming one of our multi-million dollar producers is only accomplished with marketplace expertise and a long-standing commitment to serving buyers and sellers,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Long & Foster has a reputation of honesty, integrity and best-in-class customer service that spans more than 50 years. The Gold Team—and particularly those in Diamond Club—is an integral part of why Long & Foster is the top real estate company in the Mid-Atlantic.”
Stephen Mottola and his team have been active in real estate for nearly 30 years. The Mottola Group is a team of dedicated sales professionals who have consistently been ranked as a top Delaware real estate team and are known for providing exceptional service.
“Long & Foster encouraged and enabled us to expand our business into multiple states,” said Mottola. “Selling in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland gave us the potential to push over the $100 million mark. Our production has increased year after year since joining Long & Foster.”
“The Mottola Group is a great example of Long & Foster’s highly trained professionals who go to great lengths to best serve clients seeking the total homeownership experience,” said R.T. Christopher, managing broker of the Greenville sales office.
The Mottola Group has also been recognized as one of the top real estate teams in the nation. The team ranked 146th nationwide on REAL Trends annual 2018 The Thousand list, based on 2017 sales volume, as well as the No. 212th spot on the list for top teams by 2017 closed transactions sides.
