The Louise Baker Team was recognized as the No. 4 Top Team Producer in the Blacksburg / NRV office. The team was recognized regionally as the No. 7 Top Producing Team of the Year and No. 6 Top Team of the Year by settled units. The Louise Baker Team was recognized on Long & Fosters Gold Team and as members of the Founder’s Club, one of the top club levels in the Long & Foster company.

Baker has been a professional in the real estate industry for 42 years and is the team leader for The Louise Baker Team. She lives in Riner with her husband, George Anderson and loves keeping up with Hokie Sports.

Marshall Anderson, a member of The Louise Baker Team, has been a professional in the real estate industry for the past 21 years. A graduate of Virginia Tech. Anderson currently lives in Blacksburg with his wife and two boys where they enjoy being outdoors and camping.

Rhonda Melton, a member of The Louise Baker Team, has been a professional in the real estate industry for the past 18 years. Melton lives at Claytor Lake with her husband Rob and they have a daughter Katelyn, a pharmacist who resides in Christiansburg. She enjoys relaxing boat rides and her fur babies.
