Long & Foster Real Estate has announced that Leland Klim has successfully completed the requirements to earn broker status. Klim, who has been a real estate agent for five years, is affiliated with Long & Foster’s Grove office, located in Richmond, Virginia.
“While obtaining a broker’s license enhances credibility and provides an opportunity for career advancement, I was driven to pursue it by my fundamental desire to always learn more. This license demonstrates my commitment to always seeking a deeper knowledge of real estate law, ethics, and market trends to better serve my clients,” Klim said.
Klim earned a bachelor of arts and a master’s of science degree from the University of Alabama. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, she has been a resident of Richmond for 15 years. She has earned several real estate certifications, including. Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). A member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Richmond Association of Realtors, she was named Long & Foster’s Rising Star of the Year in 2019.
Klim is involved in several volunteer and community organizations including the Mary Munford Elementary School Parent Teacher Association, St. Catherine’s Parents Association, St. Christopher’s Parents Association, Three Chopt Garden Club executive committee, Junior Board member of Sheltering Arms Institute member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church.
