Larry R. Lewis, a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Tri-Cities Southpark office, has been elected by the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors (SVAR) to serve as its 2020 president. Lewis’ term runs from Jan. 1 until Dec. 31, 2020.

A Realtor since 2009, Lewis has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Tri-Cities Southpark office since 2017. Lewis holds numerous Realtor designations to include Graduate, Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, as well as Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
Lewis has been an active member of the SVAR for 10 years. Prior to being elected president, Lewis was a four-year member of the Grievance Committee. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2015 and served in that capacity for two years before being elected Treasurer in 2017 and 2018. He was elected President-Elect in 2019, has served and continues to serve on the Legislative Affairs Committee. Lewis also served on the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing System board in 2019 and will continue to serve on that board in 2020.
Lewis and his partner, Vickie Zevgolis, comprise the Vickie and Larry Team, representing sellers and buyers.
Lewis resides in Colonial Heights, where he is an active member of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church.
