Katlyn Beach, a sales agent with the Centerpointe office, has received the Outstanding Service Award from the Southern Virginia Region of Long & Foster Real Estate.

This award is awarded to the sales associate who is nominated and voted on by fellow coworkers. Beach exemplifies the qualities and traits that have made Long & Foster a great company, including ethics, professionalism, cooperation and friendliness. She goes above and beyond to help others and gives quality service to customers, clients and fellow associates. She shows great enthusiasm for the real estate profession and takes pride in the company.

Beach has been a professional in the real estate industry over the past year, though she has had a passion for homes from a young age, where she used to sketch dream homes as a child. Within Long & Foster, she has several mentors, including her aunt, who got her into sales. Beach’s goal in real estate is to, “help families, first-time buyers and anyone searching for a house get into their dream home.”

She has a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She lives in the city of Richmond with her husband, Bryce Beach. She loves crafting, taking her dogs out on walks or to the park and she loves being on the water. She was born and raised at the beach so it is very fitting that she is now a “beach” and hopes to one day be able to own a beach house.
