The Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association (HRRA) Circle of Excellence Award (COE) is a premier annual honor recognizing top-producing real estate agents, teams, and property managers in the Hampton Roads area for their exceptional production, professional expertise, and customer service. Based on the previous year’s sales volume (GCI) or units, recipients are honored at a gala, with awards ranging from Bronze to Diamond levels.  

For the Platinum level, it requires high-volume production, defined as either a specific Gross Commission Income (GCI) or a minimum number of units closed. For individual agents, the 2025 criteria generally requires $260,400+ in GCI or 65+ units.  

LONGEVITY AWARDS: REALTORS® who have been awarded Circle of Excellence, New Homes and/ or Million Dollar Sales Club awards for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 or 50 consecutive or nonconsecutive years as a member of HRRA or its predecessors, are current members of the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association in good standing and meet all requirements for receiving the COE award for the current award period.  (Awards may be received only once in a lifetime.)
