Long & Foster’s Kari Steinberg Honored on Alexandria Chamber of Commerce’s 40 Under 40 List

Kari Steinberg, a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Alexandria/Old Town Historic District office, has been recognized for her impressive leadership and community involvement. The Alexandria Chamber of Commerce’s Young Leaders Network named Steinberg as a 2019 honoree on the 40 Under 40 list of professionals.

The annual 40 Under 40 awards recognize 40 impressive young leaders and their significant contributions to the impact and future development of the Alexandria community. Selections are made by an anonymous committee of past honorees who consider the professional accomplishments, scholastic achievements, community impact, personal story and future impact in their scoring process. Award winners will be recognized at an evening celebration on July 11.

“It’s such an honor to have been selected by the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce for its 40 Under 40 list, and I’m proud to be recognized among so many accomplished individuals from our city,” said Steinberg. “It’s been a pleasure to help our area’s residents make their homeownership dreams come true and also give back to the Alexandria community. I look forward to serving my clients and community for many years to come.”

Steinberg is a licensed Realtor in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Her success is credited to providing outstanding customer experience to her clients. She is also committed to sharing her expertise and in-depth knowledge of real estate investing with her clients and fellow agents alike. As an active member of Long & Foster’s Alexandria/Old Town Historic District office’s Community Relations Committee, Steinberg helps connect Long & Foster with the public. For her continued commitment to the office and her colleagues, Steinberg received her office’s Outstanding Service Award.

Actively involved in the area through philanthropy, Steinberg is also a volunteer in multiple capacities including serving as a Junior Friend of The Campagna Center in Alexandria, which earned her the organization’s Unsung Hero Award in 2017. Steinberg is also president of her homeowner’s association and serves on the New Member Committee for Mount Vernon Country Club.
