Long & Foster Real Estate is proud to announce that Joseph Orazi, a broker associate with the company’s Ocean City, New Jersey, office, has received the Good Neighbor Award from New Jersey Realtors.

This is an award given to a Realtor for his or her dedication to their community. Orazi was selected as the first place winner for his involvement as the founder of the Toast Pink Organization, which assists cancer patients in need and their families in the local community. The Toast Pink Organization will receive a $2,500 donation in Orazi’s honor. Orazi received an award at the Triple Play Realtor Convention and Trade Expo in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Dec. 6.

“Long & Foster is proud that the New Jersey Realtors has recognized Joe’s many accomplishments and his commitment to both his community and the real estate industry. Joe is a true professional and his dedication to his buyers, sellers and the local community where he lives, is a testament to his passion for giving back,” said Kevin Redmond, manager of the Ocean City office.

Orazi has been a professional in the real estate industry for the past 10 years.  He has a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, and lives in Vineland, New Jersey, with his wife, Kathy.

“It’s the commitment of agents like Joe that has enabled him to earn an honor such as this one, and we’re proud to have him as part of the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Our company has a reputation of honesty, integrity and best-in-class customer service that spans 45 years, and the talent of professionals like Joe is why we remain the top real estate company in the Mid-Atlantic.”
