Bendheim, Jr. Sales Associate of the Year by the Richmond Association of Realtors.
The recipient of this award is selected based upon their participation in the industry, their sales activity and their service to the real estate professional and to the public. Younger has been an active agent for 30 plus years and has played a variety of leadership roles both with the Richmond Association of Realtors and many civic organizations.

Younger has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Virginia Properties office since 1985 and has consistently been a part of the Long & Foster Master’s Club and Founder’s Club. As a member of the Richmond Association of Realtors she serves on the Associations Legislative Committee and the MLS committee. Younger attended Lamar University. She currently resides in Richmond with her husband, Ken. She has two grown children, which include a son and a daughter.
