Long & Foster’s Hampton Roads Region hosted its first Family Fun Day at Great Neck Park in Virginia Beach on September 24. Agents, staff, managers, and their families from Oceanfront/Coastal, Kempsville, Chesapeake, Suffolk-Smithfield, James River, Kitty Hawk, Williamsburg, and Yorktown Offices gathered for the event.

The Family Fun Day was sponsored by our core partners including Sage Title, Shaheen Law, Prosperity Home Mortgage and Long & Foster Insurance. Our core partners always go the extra mile for events and this was no exception. Kevin Hull of Prosperity Home Mortgage and Kelly Cass of Sage Title were on grill duty for the day, making sure burgers and hot dogs were cooked to perfection.

It turned out to be an amazing first year for the event. Nearly 100 people, including agents and their families attended. Everyone chipped in and brought delicious side dishes and desserts. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful sunny day that was perfect for mingling and enjoying games such as cornhole.

This was a wonderful way to ring in the fall season. The team looks forward to having another amazing event next year.
