Long & Foster Real Estate has announced that its Falls Church office, located in Falls Church, Virginia, will hold a Virginia real estate licensing class in January 2017. Classes will be held from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday beginning January 30 and going through March 2. The class is open to all Virginia residents who would like to begin learning about a career in real estate.
“There is a trend of veterans, first responders, business professionals, teachers, stay-at-home parents and entrepreneurs entering the field of real estate after achieving success in their current or past profession,” said David Gillis, managing broker of the office. “Long & Foster’s Falls Church office is committed to training, developing and coaching Realtors at every level of their real estate career. Agents educated through Long & Foster are leaders in their markets because they are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and industry leading curriculum.”
“If you’re a dynamic individual who has a desire to help people and who loves to be at the forefront of your industry, then real estate may be the best career for you,” Gillis said. “Long & Foster Falls Church is continually looking for talented, driven people to represent the No. 1 privately owned residential real estate company in the United States.”
Successful completion of the board-approved, 60-hour real estate licensing course, Principles and Practice of Real Estate, is the first step toward obtaining a Virginia real estate license. Registration for the real estate licensing course is required. For reservations or further information, contact Gillis at 703-534-9660 or email David.Gillis@LNF.com.
