Enabling real estate agents, brokerage to give back to the local community
The Fairfax, Virginia Mosaic office of Long & Foster Real Estate, will participate in the company’s Community Service Day on June 8. They will join the brokerage’s over 200 offices in the day of giving back by conducting a non-perishable food drive benefiting the organization, ‘Food For Others’, which feeds over 2600 Northern Virginia families in need every week.
Donations can be brought to the Fairfax Mosaic Long & Foster Real Estate Office at 3060 Williams Drive, Suite 101, in Fairfax between 10 a.m. and 3 pm on June 8. Anyone needing to have a donation picked up may email Managing Broker, Gary Cuff at gary.cuff@LNF.com to arrange a pick up.
“It’s easy to take basic necessities like having enough food to feed your family for granted. I am very pleased to be supporting ‘Food For Others’, an organization that does so much to address this very real problem in our community.” Cuff said.
Long & Foster sales associates and employees from throughout the company will participate in a variety of volunteer activities during Community Service Day. In past years, these activities included cleaning up, refurbishing and repairing nearby parks, schools, shelters, homes and day care centers, and providing other assistance to local organizations that offer crucial services to the community.
