Long & Foster Real Estate is proud to announce that Eileen Knode, a sales agent with the Tri-Cities Southpark office, has received the Lifetime Achievement award from the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors.
The Lifetime Achievement Award is earned by a Realtor who has made significant contributions to Southside Virginia Association of Realtors and has been a Realtor for over 25 years.
After serving for nine years on the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors Board, she returned to serve on its Board of Directors in 2013. She served as the Committee Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee for 13 years. Prior to that, she served on the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors for six years and held the title of Treasurer for three of those years. In the 25 years that she’s been a member of Southside Virginia Association of Realtors, she has served on the Grievance Committee, Professional Standards, Awards Committee, and numerous Special Committees. Knode has also participated in the last two Strategic Planning workshops for Southside Virginia Association of Realtors.
Knode was chosen for this award due to her dedication to the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors and her commitment to the Realtor community.

Knode has been a professional in the real estate industry for 26 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and an associate degree from Richard Bland of the College of William and Mary. She lives with her husband in Chesterfield County. They have two children and three grandchildren. Knode loves spending time with her grandchildren and family. She is an avid VCU men’s basketball fan. Go Rams Go!
