BizSense wrote about the sale of Serenity Farm, a 109-acre estate in Goochland, which sold for $2.35 million, topping November home sales in Richmond for the month of November. Dare Tulloch, from Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian office, was the listing agent on the sale. The buyer had originally hoped to rezone the land for a subdivision that would have added 23 homes to the property. It is already home to a French Chateau-style house that was built in 1996.
