Chris Pandel, a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Harbour Pointe office, has earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. Long & Foster is the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States.
Awarded by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the SRS designation was created in 2006 and recognizes that Pandel has a unique understanding of the needs of home sellers and how to best serve them. Additionally, it shows Pandel has joined an elite group of real estate professionals who have demonstrated the knowledge and skills essential in professionally and ethically representing sellers.
Pandel has represented the Richmond and Tri-City areas for 10 years assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. She holds several additional National Association of Realtor designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Graduate, Realtor Institute, Certified New Home Sales Professional, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource.
“We’re proud to announce Chris Pandel has earned the SRS designation,” said Becky Hatch, manager of Long & Foster’s Harbour Pointe office. “Chris is a great example of Long & Foster’s many highly-trained professionals who go to great lengths to best serve clients seeking the total homeownership experience.” For more information, visit LongandFoster.com.
