Bobby Perkins, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Tri-Cities Southpark office, has earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
Awarded by The Real Estate Business Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the SRS designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational criteria.
“Working toward my Seller Representative Specialist designation has allowed me to take my career to the next level. This training will help me serve my clients in today’s real estate market,” Perkins said.
A real estate professional for twenty-two years, Perkins is active in the Southside Virginia Board of Realtors. In addition, Perkins holds the advanced real estate designations of Graduate Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and e-Pro.
“We are proud to announce Bobby has earned his SRS designation,” said Patrick Bain, president and CEO of The Long & Foster Companies, parent company of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Bobby is one of many examples of Long & Foster’s highly trained professionals who go to great lengths to best serve clients seeking the total homeownership experience.”
“We congratulate Bobby for earning this designation and we’re proud to have him as part of the Long & Foster family,” said Dawn Bradley, senior vice president/regional manager of the Richmond and Charlottesville regions. “Our company has a reputation of honesty, integrity and best-in-class customer service that spans more than 50 years, and the talent of professionals like Bobby is why we remain a top real estate company.”
