Brokerage will relocate to the popular One Loudoun downtown shopping center
The Ashburn office of Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, will move to a new location in One Loudoun on April 15. Dubbed Loudoun’s new downtown, the popular town center complex is home to numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment venues, making the new office a convenient location for home buyers and sellers in the Ashburn, Leesburg and Sterling communities.
“Long & Foster is committed to having the best trained and best equipped agents in the business, and this new office helps us to accomplish those goals—giving us a comfortable working environment that’s designed for both collaboration and education,” said Dan Freire, branch manager of Long & Foster’s Ashburn office. “The expansive location offers a modern café-style workspace for our agents, as well as plenty of open space for clients to stop by and learn more about the many buying and selling opportunities in Northern Virginia.”
Freire will continue to lead the team of about 65 sales associates at the new facility, which will feature outdoor interactive touchscreens that passersby can use to search for nearby homes, find a Long & Foster agent or get more information. The office is one of only a few Long & Foster locations to feature the outdoor home-search system. Additionally, the upgraded Ashburn office will offer executive conference rooms for home buyers and sellers to meet with their agents and discuss their real estate strategies.
Karen Kidwell and Lonnie Plaster, senior vice presidents and regional managers of Long & Foster’s Northern Virginia/West Virginia region, shared Freire’s excitement about the new facility. “Our level of customer service is further enhanced with one-stop shopping—in addition to our professionally trained agents and staff, this location will also be home to our affiliated businesses, Prosperity Home Mortgage and Long & Foster Insurance. With dozens of offices in Northern Virginia, we are well positioned to serve all real estate needs,” Plaster and Kidwell said.
Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, added, “we have no doubt that the new Ashburn office will be the go-to resource when consumers in Loudoun County are looking to make confident, well-informed buying and selling decisions.”
Long & Foster plans to hold a grand-opening celebration at the new office, which is located at 20396 Exchange Street in Ashburn, in the coming weeks, and the brokerage will invite members of the community and the media to attend the celebration.
