Based on the previous year’s sales volume (GCI) or units, recipients are honored at a gala, with awards ranging from Bronze to Diamond levels.  

For the Platinum level, it requires high-volume production, defined as either a specific Gross Commission Income (GCI) or a minimum number of units closed. For individual agents, the 2025 criteria generally requires $260,400+ in GCI or 65+ units.
