Levy Wilson Team of Real Estate Professionals Joins New Greenville Office

Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc., the largest independently held residential real estate company in the United States, today announced that the top producing real estate team, Levy Wilson, has joined its newly opened Greenville office, located at 3801 Kennett Pike, Building D, Suite 204, Greenville, Del.

Levy Wilson is a leading group of real estate sales professionals, led by Judy Levy, Carol Wilson, Ashle Wilson Bailey, Phil Epstein, Karl Law, and Rose Bloom, serving Wilmington, Greenville, and New Castle County, Del., and nearby Pennsylvania suburbs.

“We are thrilled to welcome to the Long & Foster family this skilled team of real estate leaders and look forward to their success in the Delaware market,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc. “For over 40 years, Long & Foster has become home to more and more top producers in our industry. I know that Levy Wilson will leverage the incredible suite of Long & Foster support services to provide buyers and sellers with the unmatched professionalism and high level of service that is a hallmark of the Long & Foster homeownership experience.”

Levy Wilson joins Long & Foster’s all new Greenville office, serving the Wilmington and Delaware Valley region. The office opened in December 2012 as part of the company’s effort to expand its real estate services across the entire state of Delaware. They join R.T. Christopher, who was recently appointed manager of the Greenville office, and Cathleen Wilder, a top-producing associate who also recently joined Long & Foster. The Greenville location is the fifth Long & Foster office in Delaware.

“As we all know, the real estate industry is changing tremendously from year to year,” said the members of Levy Wilson. “We are thrilled to join forces with Long & Foster, America’s largest independent real estate company and one with deep ties to the local Wilmington area. We are excited to leverage the most up to date technology from Long & Foster to best serve buyers and sellers.”

They continued, “We are looking forward to continuing to serve the local community and charities with which we have long been involved, and including the Long & Foster family as part of our commitment. The new office in Greenville reflects a home-town spirit and expands our presence across the area.”

“I have no doubt that with their deep roots in and knowledge of the local community, Levy Wilson will be a superb addition to our new Greenville office,” said Scott. “I personally have a long history in the Delaware real estate business and am thrilled to work with the Levy Wilson team – along with the new Greenville manager, R.T. Christopher. Delaware has a rich history for my family, along with the Christopher’s and the Levy Wilson team – and I am excited to have assembled this great family of real estate professionals under the Long & Foster brand.”

Formerly part of Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors, Levy Wilson was recently ranked among The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top 250 real estate professionals nationwide. The team is highly regarded for raising the bar in real estate services in the industry and among the local communities in which they serve.
