Historic home part of the Fan District Association’s Annual Holiday House Tour
Long & Foster Real Estate has announced that its Strawberry Street Sales office, located in Richmond, Virginia, will be sponsoring a historic home for the Fan District Association’s 57th Annual Holiday House Tour.
The home, located at 2000 Monument Avenue, was originally built in 1902 in the Colonial Revival style and was the first mansions to be built on Monument Avenue. This home, along with eight others throughout the Fan District, will be on tour on Dec. 14 and 15. The tour will be open to the public and tickets may be purchased online or on the day of the tour.
“Our office’s support of the Holiday House Tour enables the Fan District Association to provide grants to nonprofit community organizations and physical improvements to enhance the Fan District community in which our office is located,” said Betsy Coffield, a sales associate of the Strawberry Street Sales office and board member of the Fan District Association.
