Long & Foster Real Estate offices in the Richmond, Virginia, region combined their efforts and collected a total of 2,225 toys during the company’s annual Toys for Tots drive this past holiday season.

The Long & Foster Grove sales office served as the official collection site for the region and accepted donations from local residents and businesses, as well as the other area offices. Of the more than 2,000 toy donations, there were 139 bicycles. On Dec. 10 the offices concluded the annual drive by loading up the toys for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and treating their real estate clients and their families to a special screening of Disney’s “Moana.”

“We’ve been doing our Toys for Tots movie day for many years now and it never fails in bringing out the true spirit of the Christmas season for everyone involved,” said Dawn Bradley, managing broker for Long & Foster’s Grove sales office. “The looks on the children’s faces that morning are priceless.”
