The Corporate Real Estate Services division of Long & Foster Real Estate successfully completed the re-certification process for the prestigious RELO® Quality Certification (RQC). Presented by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), the RQC was the first program to quantify and qualify the meaning of relocation service excellence. LeadingRE created the award to provide measurable standards for the pursuit of relocation excellence.
When certifying companies for the RQC, LeadingRE evaluates performance and production, staffing, training and continuing education. They also consider a firm’s quality and scope of relocation services, program marketing, customer satisfaction, technology resources and office facilities, among other standards. Long & Foster’s CRES division, under the guidance of Pandra Richie, now retired president of CRES, and Vicki Hamp, senior vice president of CRES, has continually demonstrated that it meets the criteria for the award.
After earning the certification, a company must complete a re-certification process every five years. This ensures that it continues to meet the program’s rigorous standards and remains current in terms of technology, relocation trends and other relevant areas. ®
“Our Corporate Real Estate Services team strives to provide exceptional relocation service to all our clients, with a focus on exceeding expectations in all aspects, and earning the RELO® Quality Certification once again is proof of our success in these endeavors,” said Hamp.
LeadingRE President/CEO Pam O’Connor credits Long & Foster for its dedication to excellence in relocation. “Being re-certified for the RQC reflects Long & Foster’s ongoing commitment to delivering a superior level of service to its relocation clients and operating a highly efficient and responsive program that is among the best in the business,” O’Connor said.
