Darin Greear of Long & Foster Real Estate has been named as one of the top real estate agents in the nation. The Blacksburg, Virginia based REALTOR ranked No. 57 nationwide based on 2024 transaction sides according to RealTrends Verified The Thousand list and No. 2 in sides in the State of Virginia according to the RealTrends Verified. In 2024, Greear sold 150.3 properties for a total sales volume of $47.89 million.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Greear donates both his time and resources in the local and real estate communities.
He volunteers with local, state and national REALTOR associations, taking part in many of their events and conferences. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Farm Bureau and helped establish the Riner Volunteer Rescue Squad in 2011. Greear and his wife, Tabitha, have donated nearly 1 million pounds of fresh produce from their farm to over 40 different food banks over the last 15 years.
His sales successes and community involvement have earned him numerous awards over the years, including REALTOR of the Year, the Ethics in Action Award and the Good Neighbor Award from the New River Valley Association of REALTORS.
