Greg Wells to support property management team in Northern Virginia

Greg Wells has been named as the Northern Virginia regional property manager for Long & Foster Property Management. Wells brings a background in construction and real estate management, having operated his own construction business for nearly 30 years, to his new position. Long & Foster Property Management is part of The Long & Foster Companies, parent company of Long & Foster Real Estate—the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States.

At his construction company, Wells managed the organization’s commercial and residential projects and supervised all trade contractors and employees throughout each development. He was responsible for ensuring projects were completed on time and budget for both corporate and government clients—a role that helped him to develop and refine his project management and communications skills, both of which he will rely on in his new role at Long & Foster.

As Long & Foster’s regional property manager, Wells will work closely with the company’s nearly two dozen property management professionals in Northern Virginia. He will assist the team in identifying and implementing processes to make the organization more efficient and effective in operations. Wells will also support the team in improving its service to both tenants and landlords.
