Honor recognizes Campbell’s commitment to exceptional service
Long & Foster Real Estate has named Janine Campbell as its 2019 Foster Family Award winner. Campbell is the branch assistant at the company’s Lynchburg, Virginia, office and has worked for Long & Foster for nearly 13 years. The Foster Family Award recognizes Long & Foster employees who achieve excellence in customer service.

Nominations for the awards are accepted for any employees who exemplify the organization’s five keys to exceptional service—being accessible, listening, being responsive, having a can-do attitude and caring about their clients and colleagues. The company then presents two awards—one to an employee in its field operations and another to an employee within its shared corporate teams—to those individuals who embody that commitment to exemplary service.

She joined Long & Foster almost 13 years ago and truly understands the needs of those she works with. In June 2019, when the Lynchburg office was without a permanent broker, she rose to the challenge by assuming the responsibility of the office’s day-to-day operations with dedication and a smile.
