Brokerage now ranks No. 1 in Fluvanna County
Long & Foster Real Estate’s Lake Monticello-Fluvanna office is celebrating its first anniversary this month. The office, located at 3661 Lake Monticello Road in Palmyra, Virginia, is managed by Thomas Morace, a 30-year veteran in the real estate industry.
A year ago, Long & Foster, the nation’s No. 1 independent brand, acquired the residential real estate division of Monticello Properties, which was founded by Morace in 1999. The Monticello Properties’ sales division specializes in traditional, luxury and resort real estate services in Fluvanna and Albemarle counties, as well as the surrounding areas.
To commemorate the office’s anniversary, the Monticello office will gather with colleagues and friends and give back to the community by participating in the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Heart Walk on November 4 in Charlottesville, Virginia. The event is designed to raise awareness and money for the AHA and is being hosted by two local hospitals – the University of Virginia Health System and Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital.
“We’re happy to be celebrating one year as part of the Long & Foster family, and we’re so thankful for the community’s support,” said Morace. “That’s why, we decided to give back to our community and thank them for supporting Long & Foster by taking part in this year’s Heart Walk.”
In his real estate business, Morace emphasizes the importance of providing clients with the best service possible—a commitment that is shared by Long & Foster and all of his agents at the Lake Monticello-Fluvanna office. Their dedication to exceptional service, as well as the team’s in-depth market knowledge and industry expertise, has enabled Long & Foster to become the No. 1 real estate brokerage in the Fluvanna County, according to data from Terradatum, a market analysis and metrics provider in the real estate industry.
