The Long & Foster Institute of Real Estate will host a real estate licensing course at the Fredericksburg office of Long & Foster Real Estate, located at 1910 William Street in Fredericksburg, starting July 13. The 60-hour course is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in real estate, and it runs from July 13 to 24 with classes from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (full schedule is available here).

The course is approved by the Commonwealth of Virginia to fulfill the classroom prerequisite for taking the real estate examination. The cost to attend the course is $199, including tuition and books, or $126.55 for tuition only. Long & Foster also offers the P.
