Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, has announced that its Grove Avenue office, located at 5702 Grove Avenue, Richmond, Va., recently won the Realtors Political Action Committee March Madness office competition, conducted by the Richmond Association of Realtors.

For offices in the 20+ agents category, Long & Foster’s Grove office had the highest participation rate, 84 percent, and the highest amount raised, with a total of $5,934. The competition ended on June 30 and the Richmond Association of Realtors treated the office to a catered luncheon on July 28 to recognize their efforts.

The Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) is a political action committee designed to promote the interests of Realtors. RPAC works with elected officials on the local and state level to advance policies that improve the community’s quality of life, protect private property rights, and help Realtors maintain and expand their businesses. Additionally, RPAC supports pro-Realtor political candidates who understand and support these kinds of policies.
