Long & Foster Fredericksburg, Va., Office Sells More Than $1 Million Worth of Real Estate Every Day in March

April 23, 2014

Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, is pleased to announce that its Fredericksburg, Va., office posted a record-setting sales volume of about $33 million in March. Throughout the month, the office sold more than $1 million of property each day. This is in spite of the numerous snow days, rainy weekends and school closings.

What’s their secret to success? According to Brooke Miller, co-manager of the Fredericksburg office, “It’s because we have the best agents and the best clients around. No one else can offer what we have.”

The Fredericksburg Long & Foster office houses more than 120 Realtors who specialize in local residential and commercial real estate, and it is led by Miller, along with co-manager Dottie McGinnis and sales manager Kevin McGrath. It is the largest real estate office in the Fredericksburg area, and it ranks No. 1 in market share. Long & Foster Fredericksburg sells about one out of every three houses in the Fredericksburg area.

“Our sales associates work with one goal in mind—to help local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals—and this resulted in a banner month in March,” Miller said. “We’re proud of our team effort and the results we were able to deliver Long & Foster clients.”

“This type of activity shows that our sales associates are proactive and positive in today’s housing market,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. “For buyers and sellers looking to accomplish their homeownership goals, the Fredericksburg professionals are well-equipped to help consumers identify opportunities in today’s market.”
