Long & Foster Real Estate congratulates the Annie Hall Team for their great achievements in 2022. Annie Hall, and her husband Dave Hall, have been Realtors since 2017 and were recognized as Gold Team Members for their tremendous success in 2022.

Annie Hall was born and raised in Doylestown, attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel and Archbishop Wood High School and then went on to graduate from Temple receiving her Bachelor’s  Degree in 2000.  Dave Hall graduated from Council Rock High School and went on to get his Bachelor’s Degree from Hampshire College, a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, then a  PhD from Widener in 2005. They currently reside in Doylestown and have three children; Zandi (18), Van(16) and Laney (14).

He specializes in luxury home sales, both resale and new construction, and his superior sales skills have made him Long & Foster’s No. 1 overall, the No. 3 agent in Pennsylvania overall, and the No. 1 agent in suburban Philadelphia. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties, as well as the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties, and has been involved in thousands of new home and lot sales. Highly respected for his expertise, Herling is frequently solicited by area experts to offer his insider’s knowledge of the new home and resale market including site and product evaluations.
