Isen has been in Real Estate for over 20 years and has a passion for helping people sell and buy their beautiful homes. When asked how she achieved great success in 2022 she said, “I’ve loved serving buyers and sellers throughout the Philadelphia region and attribute much of my achievements to my belief that professional growth is critical to providing the best results and experiences for my clients. I spent about 12 of my over 20 years as a realtor, working with Art Herling and Long & Foster when he was the Regional Manager. Art creates an environment which provides practical training in various areas of property development and land management and he empowers all of his agents to thrive both personally and professionally.”

Isen established a successful sales and marketing career where she spent 16 years negotiating multi-million-dollar business transactions involving such major corporations as Eli Lilly & Co., DuPont and Procter & Gamble. These experiences, combined with her personal work ethic, and attention to detail, have all added to her success in real estate.
