Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent real estate company in the United States, announced that Michael A. Forde of the Long & Foster Commercial Division, located in Vienna, Va., has secured a 15-year lease with Karma Vitality Studio for 10,876-square-feet of flex warehouse space located in Chantilly, Va.
Owner Meredith Chiapello decided to open Karma Vitality Studio as a way to provide a modern health facility for women living in the western Fairfax and eastern Loudoun counties – something not currently found in the Chantilly area. She said the services offered at Karma will appeal to women living anywhere from Middleburg to Fairfax.
“We’re very pleased to have negotiated this lease between Karma Vitality Studio and the Enterprise Center,” said Ken Ulsaker, executive vice president of the Long & Foster Commercial Division. “We’re confident this will be a good fit for the location and wish Karma Vitality Studio well in their new home.”
