Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent real estate company in the United States, has announced that Senior Vice President Ron Glass of its Commercial Division, located in Tysons Corner, Va., has represented the buyer in the recently closed net leave investment transaction for Dollar General in Spotsylvania, Va.
The buyer chose this location because it was able to fulfill the requirement of a long term lease with a national Tenant in a high traffic area. They were also looking for something south of Fredericksburg on Jefferson Davis Highway (Route 1). Dollar General will occupy the 9,100 square-foot space on 1.46 Acres. Dollar General is very excited to be offering a new location to its customers.
“We’re very pleased to have represented the buyer in the sale between Lex LLC and Dollar General,” said Ken Ulsaker, executive vice president of the Commercial Division. “We’re confident this will be a good fit for the location.”
