Long & Foster Commercial Represents Buyer in Purchase of Dollar General

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned real estate company in the United States, has announced that its commercial division, located in Tysons Corner, Va., has represented the buyer in the purchase of a Dollar General store in Raven, Va. The property sold for $1.15 million.

The buyer was on the hunt for a triple net, or NNN, investment and was enticed by the good cash flow and low risk involved in the transaction. The Dollar General store has more than 10 years remaining on their lease.

The buyer was represented by seasoned professional, senior vice president Arthur Nachman.

“We’re very pleased to have negotiated this transaction for the buyer,” said Ken Ulsaker, executive vice president of Long & Foster’s commercial division. “Arthur did an excellent job finding his client a great investment.”
