Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent real estate company in the United States, has announced that its Commercial Division, located in Tysons Corner, Va., has represented a seller with the sale of a 7.8-acre parcel in Chantilly, Va. The I-5 zoned lot was sold for $1.35 million.
The attributes that influenced the buyer’s decision included the desirable proximity to Dulles International Airport, available acreage and appropriate zoning.
The seller was represented by Senior Vice President Ronald Glass in this transaction.
“We’re very pleased to have negotiated this transaction for the seller,” said Ken Ulsaker, executive vice president of the Commercial Division. “Ron Glass did an excellent job using his specific skill set to complete this transaction.”
