Long & Foster Real Estate has announced that Kathy Killion, a sales associate with the company’s commercial division, located in Vienna, Virginia, represented the sellers in a transaction with a total volume of $1.69 million Falls Church, Virginia.
The buyer was represented by Alex Inglese, also a Long & Foster commercial division sales associate. The factors influencing the buyer’s decision included a great location in an up-and-coming redevelopment submarket, a unique building that was a great fit for their growing business and the close proximity to Washington, D.C. The sellers said they were pleased with the quick and effortless transaction.
“We’re very pleased to have negotiated this transaction for the buyer and seller,” said Ken Ulsaker, executive vice president of the commercial division. “Kathy Killion and Alex Inglese did an excellent job on both sides to close such a great transaction.”
