Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent real estate company in the United States, is pleased to announce that its Commercial Division, located in Vienna, Va., recently represented a buyer in a $3.3 million net leased investment transaction in Northern Virginia. The factors influencing the buyer’s decision included a long-term lease with a national tenant in the health care field and a better than market capitalization rate.
“We’re very pleased to have negotiated this transaction for the buyer,” said Ken Ulsaker, executive vice president of the Commercial Division. “Ron Glass did an excellent job finding a local investment at such a good value.”
