Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned real estate company in the United States, has announced today that its Commercial Division, located in Tysons Corner, Va., has represented the buyer in a recent purchase of a 7-Eleven in Marshall, Va.

The attributes that influenced the buyer’s decision included the passive income provided by this net lease investment, a favorable CAP rate, great location and a long term lease with a national credit tenant.

The buyer was represented by Senior Vice President Ronald Glass in this transaction.
