Long & Foster Real Estate announced today that Arthur Nachman, CCIM, of the Long & Foster Commercial Division in Tysons, Virginia, recently closed a $2.65 million transaction in Herndon, Virginia.
Nachman represented Dulles Technology Drive, LLC with the sale of a 12,801 square foot office condominium located at 13515 Dulles Technology Drive, to North American Islamic Foundation.
As in all his transactions, Nachman provided his client “white-glove service,” guiding the transaction by working closely with the seller’s attorney and the closing agent. He also assisted the buyer with conducting the property’s physical due diligence, interviewing the local municipal authorities, and assisted in coordinating the loan.
“We’re very pleased to have negotiated this transaction for the seller,” said Ron Glass, vice president and managing broker of the Long & Foster Commercial Division. “Arthur made a very stressful transaction seamless for all parties and showed once again why he is a leader in investment sales”.
