Long & Foster Real Estate announced today that Jon Butt and Bobby Kauffman of the Long & Foster Commercial Division in Tysons, Virginia, recently closed a $1.15 M transaction in Chantilly, Virginia.

Butt and Kauffman represented the seller in the sale of a nearly 10 acre lot at 3880 Dulles South Court in Chantilly, Virginia. The buyer was unrepresented.

“This was a difficult deal to accomplish because we had some floodplain and access issues,” said Kauffman, commercial real estate associate of the Long & Foster Commercial Division.
