Long & Foster Real Estate announced today that Bakh Safarov and Cihan Baysal of the Long & Foster Commercial Division in Tysons Corner, Virginia recently closed a $5 million transaction in Fairfax City, Virginia.
Safarov and Baysal represented the buyer in the purchase of a 5,250-square-foot building at11085 Lee Highway. The building is occupied by Next Day Blinds, a manufacturer and retailer of high-quality, custom-made window treatments. In addition, a 1.7-acre lot at 11004-11006 Park Road was sold.
“The property is located along Fairfax Boulevard Corridor, which is Fairfax City’s economic engine. We are witnessing a great revitalization of the city and many big projects are underway. We thought it would be a great fit for our client,” said Safarov.
