Two-day event offered profound insights into the luxury realm and industry success through presentations by renowned professionals
Hala Adra, a top associate with Long & Foster Real Estate, the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan region, recently joined an elite group of luxury real estate specialists at the annual Christie’s global agents conference in Beverly Hills, Calif. The event hosted by the leading luxury real estate network took place March 24 and 25 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and attracted luxury real estate professionals from across the globe. Adra, along with several of her fellow Long & Foster agents, represented the brokerage throughout the event.
The conference featured presentations by a host of global luxury market influencers, network leaders and executives from Christie’s auction house, all of whom offered specific and valuable insights into the luxury realm, fine art and industry success.
“As one of our most significant events within the Christie’s International Real Estate network, the conference allowed us to present global affiliate representatives with a targeted perspective of the luxury market while offering strong networking opportunities and recognition of our 2014 growth,” said Dan Conn, chief executive officer of Christie’s International Real Estate. “I am delighted that Long & Foster was well represented among the compelling luxury real estate professionals in attendance.”
While agents were able to network with other esteemed associates, share successful strategies and participate in presentations by luxury influencers and network leaders, the conference also served as an opportunity to note the affiliate network’s growth, as Christie’s International Real Estate is now represented in more than 45 countries.
The event additionally included discussions on global wealth trends, successful marketing programs and strategies, significant values of social media and video, art insights, and the maximizing of the Christie’s auction house connection. Presentations also included those focused on customer service expectations and top-producing strategies. The conference culminated with a cocktail reception and dinner.
“I am delighted to have participated in the Christie’s International Real Estate global agents conference and for the opportunity to learn from such a fine collection of leaders,” added Adra, who works in Long & Foster’s McLean, Va., office. “My experience was unmatched, having been able to garner such valuable insight among such established peers.”
