Bradley to lead the company’s Richmond, Hampton Roads and Charlottesville regions
Dawn Bradley has been promoted to Senior Regional Vice President for Long & Foster Real Estate in the Richmond, Hampton Roads and Charlottesville regions. In this executive leadership role, Bradley will oversee the leading real estate firm’s operations and business development, working closely with its Realtors and managing brokers to ensure continued success.

Bradley has been part of Long & Foster’s team for almost two decades, entering the real estate industry after a successful 25-year career in banking. As a former bank president, she consistently dealt with consumer, commercial and industrial real estate projects. She segued that experience into a real estate career, quickly advancing into management.
Bradley most recently led Long & Foster’s Grove office, as well as its Stony Point location. During her tenure at these offices, she contributed greatly to their overall sales growth and recruitment efforts. Bradley leverages her expertise in management, business development and ethics to help both Long & Foster’s agents, as well as their clients achieve real estate success.
In addition, Bradley is active in the local Realtor community. She currently serves on the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR) Board of Directors, and was Past President of the RAR Board. Bradley has also been active on the RAR Legislative Committee and has been involved in many other community organizations, including the Midlothian and Richmond YMCAs.
The recipient of numerous awards, Bradley was the RAR Realtor of the Year in 2019, named by Virginia Realtors (VAR) as the 2017 Manager of the Year, earned the VAR esteemed Omega Tau Rho Award and currently serves as a board member on the RAR and Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service.
