Gilliam has joined the Devon office’s satellite location at Havertown-South Eagle and will be working with the Kevin Toll Team. The Havertown-South Eagle location is managed by Devon Manager and Vice President Janet Rubino.

A 34-year resident of Lower Merion, Gilliam is a Maryland native who has been smitten with real estate practically her entire life. Prior to her real estate career, Gilliam was a loan processor and has a lengthy background in accounting. She spends her spare time exploring home décor and design, and spoiling her grandchildren.
